What do I need to know BEFORE my tattoo?

• Do NOT drink alcohol in excess up to two days prior to your tattoo appointment

• Do not get sunburned

What do I need to know AFTER my tattoo?

• NO pool, No beach, No bath, No sun. Showers are ok.

• No wash rags, No luffas, No sponges, No direct hot water

• Avoid the gym to avoid serious infection. 

• Avoid direct contact between your tattoo and unclean surfaces, and/or people, as this may cause infections.

*FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS

 

 

 

How old do you have to be to get a tattoo or piercing?

 

You have to be at least 16 years of age to get a tattoo and 15 years to get a piercing. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must have parental consent. Legal guardian and minor must have a valid photo ID. The legal guardian has to remain present for the entire procedure.

 

 

 

 

I’m on vacation, when is the best time to get my tattoo?
