Award winning tattooist, and founder of Fallen Sparrow Tattoo Co., Legion Avegno, began tattooing in October of 2006. Since a boy, Legion remembers being artistic, which later would turn into a career choice and graduating from Full sail University with a degree in computer animation. During this time, he’d draw tattoos for his friends and refer them to a local parlor called Rob-G’s Tiger Tattoos.
