Born and raised in the Windy City Sammy “Rockwell ” Perez  became an artist with great passion for tattoos in the Kissimmee, Florida area. He has been dedicated to the art of tattooing for 12 years and has been part of our Fallen Sparrow family ever since. In addition to being a talented and skilled artist he had the pleasure of working with amazing celebrities and many other talented artists in the industry. If you ask him what's his favorite tattoo style, he'll surely answer all of them because every new style is a unique journey and a challenge he wants to be part of!
